With health insurance for your cats and dogs, you can be reimbursed for up to 80% of veterinary costs including x-rays, hospitalization, surgery, dental care and prescriptions.

Our plans also include coverage for medical devices and complementary therapies such as physiotherapy, massage therapy and even acupuncture.

WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER PET INSURANCE?

Choose the plan that best suits your needs and budget. If you have more than one pet, multiple-pet discounts are available. You can keep your own vet or any other licensed veterinarian in Canada. While vacationing in North America, you can visit a licensed veterinarian in any province, territory, or in the continental United States.

Pet insurance reimburses you for up to 80% of veterinary costs if your pet becomes ill or injured in an accident. There are three levels of coverage are available.

How do I make a claim?

  1. Download a claim form or check out your Customer Portal to download your personalized claim form that’s populated with you and your pets information. 
  2. Visit your veterinarian. After you pay your bill, ask your vet or an authorized clinic employee to fill out sections 2 of the claim form. You fill out sections 1 and 3.
